Called to cancel my card on Tuesday morning. Until today, no call from the card retention department. I bet they're willingly to lose existing customer base and fishing whole new basket of customer. Therefore, hoping for annual GST waiver is very thin.

QUOTE(fuzzy @ Feb 20 2014, 11:38 PM) What is your spending habit on that card like? I know OCBC tracks that, if they do not think you spend enough, they won't really bother to retain. It's just my backup card. I don't bother for it. Good to have but not dying for it. This post has been edited by David83: Feb 20 2014, 11:43 PM |
