that's great! i wonder how you got to apply all those cc using their names. LOL!
later if you run away, they have to pay all your cc debts?  whistling.gif

yep, especially if they find out about each other. But the Card is kept by you right?

I got 2 friend, main kayu 3, their partner found out about it, swiped the Supplementary Card until close to RM40K.

I just realised, its the other way, if your GF main kayu 3, you can swipe their card.

YOU REALLY THE MAN

Need a replacement roughly.. Going cancel my TMC soon due to 1%  sweat.gif  vmad.gif  mad.gif

1. Annual Income: RM 30 - 36 k

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Yes. If possible.

3. Card required for: Petrol, Telco, Dinning, Insurance (Prefer: Cashback)
4. Existing credit cards if any: OCBC-TMC

5. Looking at CC from: Any

6. Others: Preferable cash back almost same with OCBC-TMC

My monthly usage approximately RM500-1000 range depends.

Most of the usage on petrol roughly RM200-300. Telco RM 200. Dining Rm50-100 (Sometimes don't have)
Insurance RM130 per month and another is annually RM2700.

any recommendation other CC?

Maybank2Card - Amex with Visa or MasterCard
5% Cash Back + 5x Treat Points (TP) equivalent to additional 2% Cash Back when u use the AMEX Card on weekends. The Cash Back is capped at RM50 per month but the TP is unlimited with 3-year expiry period
5x TP when you use the AMEX on Weekdays
1x TP when you use the Visa or Master equivalent to 0.50% Cash Back

All the Sifu have said that if you spend using AMEX on weekends, this is the Card to have.

Your monthly spending fits nicely, RM1,000 * 5% CB = RM50 (cap)

Other features of the Maybank2Card is that you only pay the RM50 service tax for 1 card only.

ya i understand but hard to control to spend on weekend especially on petrol.
as for the 5x points  equivalent 2% only but is more then 1% TMC.
the GST RM50 can wave using point 12500 points.

i saw wave good but the minimum 10 times swap per month is ... haiz... if they reduce by half i definitely take it.

what car u drive. Pump full thank on Sat or Sunday. If by Thu already not enough, just pump 5L to 10L and pump full thank on Sat / Sun. Bro, u get 5%, worth the effort right.

Also, plan weekends to do Shopping or Dining.

12,500 TP = RM50 = RM2,500 spending

RM50 = RM2,500 spending = 2% cash equivalent

Do you receive the statement? I did not receive mine too even though i have transactions.
*
both me and my mrs Jan statement have not arrived. Called OCBC and they claim it was send on time, on 14 Jan.

Deadline to pay is same, end Jan and the CS offered to give me the amount so that I can pay. Say, pay first, Statement is on the way.

But I said, what about the details, if they is a fraudulent transaction?

Asked them to fax to office.

Hi all experts in credit card, need you all advice... I got WISE + OCBC currently.

WISE
- petrol + groceries + mobile. Can swipe more than 10x RM50 easily every month.
- Average RM750 for these 3 categories monthly.
- Average cash back RM75 per month.

OCBC
- TNB RM120 monthly
- SYABAS RM60 monthly
- TMNET RM60 monthly
- ASTRO RM80 monthly
- Insurance (personal + family) RM620 monthly
- Others expenses which not fall in WISE categories = average RM100 monthly
- Cukai pintu RM300 half yearly.
- Average cash back RM11 monthly

Total cash rebate = RM86 monthly.

Any suggestion to have better cash back? Any better credit card suit my spending pattern?

Thank you.

OCBC card must be very easy to clone. Again my OCBC Card, someone tried to use for Online Transaction but failed.

Why failed - cos I did not activate for Online Banking after my earlier card was cloned.

Was told to monitor - if got attempt to use my Card, have to get a new Card again.

60k P.A. for titanium card but there may be new card coming out during mid of may, do keep an eye on the credit cards offered by OCBC from time to time now.
*
wow, since when OCBC revised the income limits.

Remember, last year, the Titanium, just RM24K was enough and WMC was RM60K only.

Now increased to RM60K for Titanium and RM100K for WMC.

Yeah it was 24k P.A. up till 24th April 2014. OCBC had to revise the min annual income due to regulation from BNM, heard a few foreign banks are going to revise their min income required too in the near future.

In regards to the new card of OCBC, couldn't reveal much as i dont have first hand information  tongue.gif . But from reliable sources it's coming very soon. within a week or two.
*
What would happen to those guys with income of only RM24K who applied and got approved. Will OCBC downgrade their Card?

10X Points will be good feature smile.gif

But what matters is also the redemption points. If give 10x reward points but need very high points to redeem useless gifts also back to square 1
