Do OCBC send out statements when there are no transaction during the month. I didn't receive my Jan statement but don't know if it is due to not swiping for the whole of last month.

both me and my mrs Jan statement have not arrived. Called OCBC and they claim it was send on time, on 14 Jan.

Deadline to pay is same, end Jan and the CS offered to give me the amount so that I can pay.  Say, pay first, Statement is on the way.

But I said, what about the details, if they is a fraudulent transaction?

I didn't receive my OCBC Statement for Jan 2014.... they forgot to print ???

to those who criticised OCBC WMC as a fake WMC due to its low income requirement of RM60k, i just noticed that SCB Preferred World MasterCard's income requirement is only RM36k.

in other words, there will be a lot of WMC holders soon

You should hv give them a try man. My gst credited in Feb, I called in to request for annual bonus. The general answer by them would be a "NO". I said ok, can you help me submit an appeal since I have spent more than the requirement to be entitled for the bonus. Guess what, I got the bonus today.

They did mention that appeal would be considered on a case by case basis.

Yeah... Just checked my online bill, no 5% rebate shown as of yet...

I paid via ocbc.com.my Bill Payment.

I even received their sms about the promo. 

I called OCBC for GST waiver, was told management will consider it.  They called me back 4 days later and said they will pay 50% of it   so I pay RM25.  So calculative eh.  But better than nothing.

guys just to confirmed that for ocbc we only look at transaction date as i believe the posting date is to be the same ?
