Anything that is annual fee, GST, BT, cash advance, penalty, bank imposed fees/charges such as financial charges/interest should be considered as retail spending or swipe.

As for installment plan on the spot or converted installment plan (after swipe) is gray area depends on bank T&C.

Anyway I would like to know any extra benefit while holding OCBC Titanium Card.. like wise SCB credit card, get special discount in dining, holiday etc... HSBC credit card also get alot of other special discount... but hardly heard that OCBC credit card have such discount promotion one!

Just called ocbc cs, I get waive for gst due to annual usage over 10k, will keep this card before next gst charged..

May I know if the anniversary is in next year of May and the annuel usage for this card has been over 10k, is the bank still process for auto credit RM50 for incoming next year??

Dear All, if we pay bill via OCBC online do we still get the 1% ? or only retail ?

Just spoke to Customer Service and GST waiver will be abolished effective 29 Nov 2013, together with 5% rebate. In short, you have to pay RM50 GST whether or not you hit RM10k in spendings yearly .

Too bad, I intend to keep it for another year since I used more than 10K but guess I have to cancel it before my GST kick in since OCBC don't want me to do so.

But just now CS told me the RM50 bonus to offset GST still on if you spend 10k or more.

mind to ask, does the unlimited 1% will be include for online transaction like paypal, apple store? I wanted to get an ipad but are there have any 1% rebate?

called the CS just now.. she said there is no more RM50 bonus for spending more than 10k.. i was so furious to hear that coz i feel like being cheated.. i raised my voice and then she told me i can call ocbc later to absorb the GST once it is posted into my statement
