for me... breakfast.. then try to postpone lunch until 3pm, and try not to have heavy dinner... or just dont hav dinner... sleep early....

What did you ate all day?

breakfast, i usually eat cereal or oats with some fruits or bread with natural fruit jam(easy to make at home if you have time).

lunch, normal malaysian lunch, chap fan or chicken rice or charsiu fan or something like that, usually order extra vegetables.

dinner, rice + meat + vegetables + chinese herbal soup, try to keep it healthy. no deep fried ultra fatty stuff.


supper... eh... nothing, i dont eat anything after 9pm (i eat dinner late so i can eat with my family, people come home at different times from work and such).

nowadays i have more time so i take 30mins in the morning to run, about half an hour before breakfast and i take 15minutes in the evening about an hour before i eat dinner for some weight lifting.

some time ago when i had little time to work out, i only did the weight lifting at night whenever i had time.

best way for me...i usually fast for two or three days bout once a week...it works...only drink water during that period...
