We've discussed this topic lots of times, this is the conclusion by me.

IF YOU ARE BRAVE ENOUGH TO LET YOUR ANSWERS DESTROYED BY SOME KID WHO SPILLED WATER/UNKNOWN LIQUID ON YOUR EXAM PAPER WHEN THE MOM/DAD IS MARKING, GO ON AND USE THE FREAKING GEL PEN.

My introduction almost fills the entire page LOL, only leaving a little room for maybe 4 lines of second paragraph.

I've heard from teachers that it's 'dangerous' to do it that way, yet I've always got 47+ marks out of 50 everytime without failure. Highest I've got was obviously 49, they couldn't give me full marks. Ahh the reason why I think education system is a miserable failure, not just in Malaysia, but the entire Earth.

I'm still wondering what's the danger...

FYI, a year ago, attending tuition, we were tasked by the teacher, Mr. Dom, to create the best, most powerful essay we could ever conjure so that he could assess us. We were given a 4 days. So I made a 12 paragraphs essay. And I was scolded for it. Not because it's too long. He accused me for either copying it from the Internet or made someone doing PhD thesis to do it for me. And so my belief of the corrupt education system along with its incapable teachers was ever strengthen.

Isnt that correction tape is allowed?As for my school almost everyone use it in SPM.
According to my teacher,it is ur own risk that correction tape might tear off or something......which is unlikely to happen
But no marks will be deducted bcuz u used correction tape.
Pencil could be a risky choice too due to:
1)As times passes by,the handwriting could be not clear enuf to be read
2)This is what one of my friend told me that 1 of his teacher told him.Now suppose that u are frm a chinese school/SMJK and the examiner was a racist malay.Or suppose that u are frm a SMA and the examiner was a racist chinese.Ur answer might be easily erased if u used pencil.No offense,but it might happen,though very unlikely
