Just discovered made a 23 second call to TNB 15454 buggers whacked me rm1.50!!!

However, no charges to date for calls made to mobiles and 03, etc numbers

heavy call or sms?

not really a heavy sms user but a medium weight caller, say 400 to 500 minutes a month. I could have gone for the 250 minutes plus 250 sms plus .5 gig for rm30 per month but i top up ten bucks and went for the "unlimited" plan. So far half month use dunno how may sms sent (perhaps 100+) but calls made about 250 mins. When you are paying for each call, you consciously time it but when it's unlimited, you tend to talk longer without worry!

Outstanding service by Friendi. They called and explained and then as a gesture of goodwill, I was refunded. Good job, Friendi and a happy customer here!
