A battery saving app from Qualcomm itself, so it's probably worth trying. No idea whether it works or not yet, apparently you need to install and let the app adapts to your usage for a few days. smile.gif

Snapdragon™ BatteryGuru

Description

Snapdragon™ BatteryGuru is a battery life saver app that extends battery performance and improves overall user experience by intelligently making changes that optimize device functionality in phones with Snapdragon mobile processors. This app:
• Delivers longer battery life with fewer charges, acting as a battery life extender
• Intelligently learns how you use your Snapdragon-powered smartphone and optimizes your device without disabling smartphone functionality
• Requires no user configuration - Snapdragon BatteryGuru automatically learns and adjusts the smartphone settings so you don’t have to

After a brief 2-4 day introduction period, Snapdragon BatteryGuru learns the user’s behaviors and then notifies the user that it is ready to extend the battery life and improve the experience. Snapdragon BatteryGuru continues to operate in the background, deepening its understanding of the user and further optimizing the experience over time.

Snapdragon BatteryGuru battery saver app supports a majority of Snapdragon powered devices and we will continue to work to support additional Snapdragon powered devices. If you experience problems using this battery saver app, we'd really appreciate if you send us an email at batteryguru@qti.qualcomm.com explaining your problem prior to leaving a review – we’ll try to respond as soon as possible.

Trending Questions
Q. Why does Snapdragon BatteryGuru need to know my location?
A. Snapdragon BatteryGuru uses your location to know the places where you have access to Wi-Fi. It does not use GPS but instead uses Android’s low power network location mechanism to find your approximate location.

Q. Why is my Wi-Fi ON sometimes, when I’m expecting it to be OFF?
A. Snapdragon BatteryGuru’s Wi-Fi management feature turns Wi-Fi on when you need it and turns it off when you don’t, thereby saving you power. However, even when you don’t have Wi-Fi access Snapdragon BatteryGuru will periodically turn Wi-Fi on for few minutes to check if your ability to access Wi-Fi has changed. Likewise when you move to a new location, BatteryGuru will turn Wi-Fi on for a few minutes to check if Wi-Fi access is available. Fear not, turning on the Wi-Fi radio for a few minutes like this has little or no impact on your battery life.

If it's cased, edges of the screen protector first lol. But that said Samsung makes great white phones. My old S3 stayed pristine white all through it's year long lifetime - and I'm quite hard on my stuff.

That said the N3 has a raised side frame so dirt might just accumulate there. Especially if you have them gaps everyone is moaning about.

all micro sd is compatible, but don't think you need such high speed, unless you do a lot of Full HD video capturing.
maybe can buy some class 4 cards, it's cheaper

i've been using the same sandisk for nearly 2 years now, still running fine. but other ppl have complained their sandisk died fast, so some element of luck is involved.

that said, overall sandisk is the more reliable brand.

Lol I just read the original comment too. My bad.

But white (or any other light coloured) pleather traditionally stains quite easily. Not sure about what Sammy is using though.

install and see how, i think the wifi on off management is more same like the sony stamina mode "location by wifi", it will remember which are u will connect to wifi and which area is not, this save the phone battery by not always scan hotspot location.

That happened during a batch or two after they release their class 10. Besides , it's 1 to 1 replacement for sandisk so it's still worth it imo

Depends on how you see it.. if you treasure your data inside then it's not worth at all.. but so far I haven't heard much complain about Sandisk. Like the previously mentioned, seems a reliable one from the eye of photographers.. Ask the sifus here.. apparently a number of them using sandisk.. but I do want to know about the performance diff between c4 and c10 for n3 usage..

How does the white one stand dirt?

I have the orange ones and from my experience, the edges are the first to get dirty. And it's already starting to get dark after two weeks of usage.

If you treasure your data you have a backup plan tongue.gif

Buy a large external hdd. Backup there and also on your PC hdd. 3 sets should tide you through any disaster. For the intensely paranoid, send one offsite as well tongue.gif
