Let me explain a bit on this
The developer loan rejection units during official launch example- 616 units sold x 25 percent loan rejection rate= 154 units loan rejected.

The balance of 6 units now are the leftover of recycling over the past 3 years. Hope this explains biggrin.gif biggrin.gif smile.gif

Went to see the progress of VR2.
The driveway into the VR2 is still closed.
Was expecting to at least able to drive in and see the area if the units are still off limits..

I go there almost one time In a week ,
Progress is slow.
Have asked the contractor ard there and told by June might get our keys which I am doubt about it .

Yeah.. i doubt it too by June we can get the keys by the look of it..
This is my first house, so, if anyone has any advise on what are the next steps i need to take or what to expect or ask the developer, it'll be welcome! biggrin.gif

Maybe they handover at the very end of June only laugh.gif
I saw aerial pic before of the current progress. The swimming pool and most of the facilities floor is not completed yet.

Sorry i dont have the pic with me. Someone i know is an owner here and he's in a group chat among owners i believe. Someone else shared the pic in the chat.
Anyway, from what i saw external works for the units i think looks close to completion. Maybe now they're doing interior fittings. Swimming pool architecture and structure works still ongoing.

mine VPed this year oso..paper gain rm150k...rental around 1.8k-2.5k

but location in KL proper and near to existing LRT.. brows.gif brows.gif

Is the 'under the bridge' way, the only way to enter / exit this development? Drove there a few times and can see cars parked by the road even during working hours. Can't imagine the traffic in the morning? Anyone has experienced this before at this area?

The under the bridge way is going towards the back entrance/exit right?
The main entrance/exit is further up, near the exit to Federal Highway.
You will have to bypass Puri Ayu apartment (if i'm not mistaken the name) for the main entrance of VR2.

After going there to do a trial run on the traffic flow / direction to work, etc, I'm more worried about moving there.

Somewhere in DU. And also Putra Heights occasionally.
That means once I'm at the exit from Puri, I have to 'swim' across all the cars to make a u-turn.
