not sure but i think the flood not bad enough to affect owners la.. they are fixing sect13 mah... sect 22 flood might get worse when all the condos VP liao

Hi everyone,
i passed by the VR2 site yesterday and found the development there is still slow with not much progress...

i have not started paying for the interest....anyone started paying?

its seems to me the project of 36 months is gonna delay pretty much as its already 8 months passed since i signed S&P.

Ahwai,

Strong demand... old condos in dis seksyen (which is generally more affordable) are asking for prices north of RM450psf (3 stones will be 500 plus) and rental around RM1.7k(current condos)..

KDU glenmarie condos are RM660psf and Emira (section 13) is selling at an average of RM570psf (BBB scene in the first week)..

I think the Shah Alam address is more premium than areas like Kepong, klang, sungai buloh etc...

hey,

Still affordable for old landed houses.. Some areas got a lot of chinese also.. esp Kota Kemuning n Bukit jelutong (to a smaller extent)..I think Alam impian should have more non malays also..

My friend who work there say at least more than a floor level will complete before CNY. We will start to pay $$ soon. .. But I doubt it. Looks so slow progress.
