This area flood.....5 times in a year before 2000.......only recently not that often.......maybe 2015.....it will flood every month......so many constructions nearby......good luck.

Next time buying any of property must check whaether flood or not.......

i looked up on insta n saw a lot of flooding in various parts of S.A. sect 13s flood is worse than here

Also....make sure nearby....not so many construction.....look at this areas.....condominium construction every coner....sec 13....tropicana.....batu 3....hicom.

Sam gor.....now you SKL again.....smart tunnel...no 1.is to reduce chances of flood....if wanted...to avoid flood totally.....we need to built more smart tunnel.....which need more money.....otherwise.....please blame our mother nature....what so heavy rain in such a short times......btw....the second purpose of smart tunnel....is reduce jam......if smart tunnel close during weekday.... Semenyih to klcc need more than 3 hours.....not 2 hours.....dont SKL la.
