where u work?? perfer which area??

V2 even is in SA, but is beside Subang Jaya......u go Sunway Piramid or S Parade is dman easy.....oso near SJMC..suite me well smile.gif

shah alam is at vicinity of colleges, connectivity oso better
near subang , klang and pj, shah alam itself has lots of beautiful township which itself is functional now already,

the selayang new condos are like in the jungle,
the old development aren't very impressive commercially or even their residential

if between selayang and shah alam, i sure pick shah alam le.....

true true..shah alam is a nice place especially the matured areas....very well planned only no pork, less entertainment, no alcohol etc.. I city has a unique license though n subang is very close as well..

VR2 will have AEON in Sec 13 n metropark with a mall, offices, parks, international schools etc..

LRT 3 Updates although it's on the other side of the federal highway (sec 13/stadium):

PRASARANA Malaysia Bhd will start dishing out major work packages of the RM9bil light rail transit line three (LRT 3), most probably from the beginning of the second half of next year, following the appointment of the project delivery partner (PDP) for the development.

“The LRT 3 from Bandar Utama to Klang will span about 36km in length with 25 stations plus an underground station. It is understood that LRT 3 is crucial to serve the capital of the most industrialised state in the country, Shah Alam.”

It has been reported that from Bandar Utama, the line will go on to Tropicana before cutting across Hicom-Glenmarie Industrial Park, heading for Shah Alam via Section 13 near the Shah Alam Stadium, Universiti Teknologi Mara in Section 2 and i-City in Section 7. The line will then travel down to Bukit Raja to the Klang KTM Komuter station before heading further south for Bukit Tinggi and Johan Setia.

It is expected that LRT 3 will be operational in 2020, while the LEP for the Kelana Jaya Line will be completed by October 2016.

didnt buy this one.. bought Emira in Section 13/D'Kayangan ... very nearby only..

Whats ur price psf after discount ah? should be 480 psf right? Emira SA after disc is 550psf..
