First home buyer here. Can see that the west facing units are less sold. I reckon not good view? But will be less expensive?

West facing units are facing the Carlsberg Brewery Factory, hence lesser demand and cheaper price also, compared to inward-facing units (pool,garden,etc). Also, some ppl might not like the evening sun as it might make the home quite hot without air cond/proper insulation.

So may i know when you sign your SPA? If you sign early than me then i should call them and chase them hahaha...thanks

since you sign the SPA on April probably the stamped SPA was ready to collect.
do not expect the lawyer firm will contact you, you have to chase them. even though the stamped SPA is ready, you have to make sure the loan agreement has been sent it to banker as well.
