not bad..worth it for the price.. but there's incoming supply from Alam Sanjung, 3 Stones and V residensi 2 within the same area, so expect incoming more competition la in 2017-2018.. but i expect many units to be purchased by homeowners (maybe 50% or more)

its spread out over phases across many years.. 7 apartments projects n 1 SOHO (avenue crest) all in with the Elite highway cutting thru the centre and factories on both sides.. Tikaram says its easy to find tenants here..

near subang , klang and pj, shah alam itself has lots of beautiful township which itself is functional now already,

the selayang new condos are like in the jungle,
the old development aren't very impressive commercially or even their residential

if between selayang and shah alam, i sure pick shah alam le.....

Actually not normal..maybe they are busy with other projects.. but they better get on their game la.. i remember asking them why so slow 7 months ago.. todays progress looks like 1/2 months worth of work.
