Pre-ordered Crash Bandicoot. But seller has a delay in shipment and will only ship it out on Monday. Wanted to cancel as seller was not able to fulfil preorder as promised but was not allowed. Not too happy about this.

I'm not saying what you're doing is wrong or right. Like you said, I'm just sharing my experience as to what is happening. I did mention clearly that I preordered the game. Furthermore, I'm not saying under any circumstance one person would be allowed to cancel a preorder, but if let's say you weren't able to uphold your end of the transaction which is to ship the item on the agreed date, that's not exactly a normal circumstance yes?

And when you say "official delayed this title", are you insinuating that all stores in Malaysia have been delayed shipment? Cause I know that's not the case.

To sum it up, all I'm saying is, you've breached our agreement for you to ship it out on 30th June. I understand it is an unforeseen circumstance on your end, but the least you could do is at least seem as though you care about delaying your customer's orders by offering an olive branch.

Thing is I'm just disappointed you didn't even inform me there would be a delay. Not to mention that when I messaged you to ask on the status of my order you didn't even know what it was.

Obviously I order from you because I've had a good experience dealing with you thus far. Just the way you handled this current situation has disappointed me.
