Anyone Picanto's radio changes channel itself automatically? I sent my car to Kia PJ Red Cube, they told me that my radio has no probelm at all as all Picanto is facing this issue. Even if they change a new radio for me, the problem still exist... Is this true? My Picanto is 2018 model

Then should be only my Picanto's radio problem?...but why they said this to me? I sent my car there so many timesssss because of the radio problem, waste a lot of my time...
