I love chicken breasts as my main source of whole food protein. That being said, it can get pretty boring having that 2 times a day everyday. I love my fish too however they are much pricier than chicken breasts. So far I have been buying my frozen salmons from Pok Brothers (best meat and steak supplier!!). However I am trying to find for a cheaper and maybe nearer alternatives (somewhere in PJ). I don't mind frozen ones. Any recommendations from fellow bodybuilders here?

Recommendation is to stick to chicken, take various parts then. The extra fats won't be detrimental to progress, in fact can beneficial if used to your avantage. I'd avoid Salmon because it'd expensive, and most likely farmed. Many controversies coming up regarding farmed Salmon, with regards to health impact and also nutritional quality. A quality fish oil capsule would be a better choice in this domain.
