Did you know that from Lekas Highway Seremban/Mantin to Cheras Grand Saga and KL there's only one significant Landmark of beautiful house and shape that line up beautifully beside the Highway. It's Setia Eco Hill which can be seen differently more than 7 type of SD and SD link.
No other developer have this unique Lineup either Seri Pajam,Naza TTDI,Kajang Perdana and this and that...

This is another uniqueness of their marketing strategy..Even current high end Kajang Country Height look dull..compare to SEH

Kajang East(actually Semenyih)already clear their land at Lekas Semenyih(JPJ) exit together with Kiara Business. This further add value to the Semenyih as a whole.
There's no huge landbank in Kajang anymore, That's why they name Semenyih as Kajang East,infront of Reko Kajang 2, West and North??

I think they need to put early,especially for the commercial lot at SEH1.. at 20X65 lot,this will be catalyst for SEH2

Never mind Semenyih,Bangi Kajang is next property haven.Compare to cyberjaya, not many people go there..Semenyih itself is the route where people from KL east go to Seremban and to the south.
Where you can get the place which u can see banjaran and hill from your taman.Only at SEH..

When talk about Sunway Semenyih, You could use the concept of buy low sell high. Last time my friend bought for only 138k for intermediate. Nowadays you can sells at around 430k after 10 years. It's appreaciate about 300%. Even Bangi and Kajang can't make like that. Some waiting for completion of primary school in that Taman and Kiara Business start their activities. It's can go to 450-500k in another years coming. And don't forget that many developer start clearing the land at surrounding area.

Their SA said all Setia project will follow setiaAlam concept.That's means next project SP in semenyih will be from 700k to 2.5mill
