I have called up SA, yes is full refund immediately if u do it within this week because they r still holding the cheque so the procedure is simpler. Things will get complicated once they bank in the cheque. So if u wanna withdraw, do it quick. You can either email them or write them a letter n collect your cheque, doesn't need bank reject letter.

Which unit, model n price that you plan to withdraw?

Talking about highway. There will be KLORR highway. Rather going grand saga (Paid toll to jam at Phoenix a.k.a Sentral Cheras), you can use KLORR to reach Gombak, Ampang or Genting. Look forward, then Semenyih will booming..
