I not sure. I read the Seh's website it got mention each house will be fitted with an alarm system. But when i ask them when i was in the show unit, the SA said not provided. They only prepare the alarm point for you. This is terrace house. For semi D i not so sure.

Intercom have but alarm system I'm not sure. But SA inform me during visit trip to Setia Eco Park the facilties given mirror to it..

let's propose to SP SETIA, for all residents who stay at Eco hill, will have an some sp setia eco hill badge or card to prove it, then only allow to use the park and the facilities...i know it's quite difficult la..but at least we try propose 1st...
or else in future you will see lots of outsiders occupy your nice park and the jogging hill...

Bro Kenny, Budget should not have much impact on SEH purchasers.
But, expect some Prop market cooling measures; higher RPGT. If you are not an investor, or have sufficient holding power, should not effect you.
Anyways, I am hoping they will raise the minimum prop purchase price for foreigners to RM1m for high rise and RM3m for landed with LTV of 60%. MOT should be higher too. Will be nice.
