Just called up SEH, they said must write in to appeal woh.....Subject to Mgmt approval woh....SA cant give 100% answer leh. Can someone confirm this?

ABB n OCBC. For ABB, the guarantor must be a 3rd party. It means guarantor can't be on the SPA. Thats the reason y im asking H&W can transfer to W cos H be the guarantor to the W ma. Otherwise, if the H is on SPA, then 3rd party guarantor under ABB not allowed. As for OCBC, not sure yet. Need to check out oso.

Because, they only allow next of kin, siblings, parent, wife to be guarantor. Uncles, aunties or even fiancee susah to be guarantor.
But, correct, OCBC and Alliance accept guarantor. Additionally, Public Bank, HLBB and Maybank do too.

As far as i know, Only ABB n Ocbc takes guarantor in which d ccris of d guarantor is not counted. Thus, still eligible for ltv 90% If borrower still entitled to...tongue.gif

Reason = Guarantor can't be charger. So spa can't put guarantor's name. This is the answer frm banker.
