About the house quality, is so happen eating the main contractor, can ask how much that they are tendering the project, roughly how much per sf build up cost, for I&P, main contractor needs to mark up additional 30%-40% (than SPS) for the specs listed by I&P
A main con says they tender bout 110/sf for setia alam project while 140-150/sf for Alam Impian project
Both I&P and SPS are complimentary to each other
