Saw a lot of comments abt I&P quality.
I got invested alam Impian. Frankly spk, the quality much much better than SPS.
If ppl cancel the booking due to no confident to the quality of I&P. Haha. Pls lar
If ppl cancel booking due management changed. Hi u never do home work before buying SEH.

SPS so big comp with the good system, marketing strategy and cash flow. Do u think the new management hv no capable at all to handle this comp n current project?

Come on lar guy, short term should be no problem but long term... I dun know...

Is it ?? Maybe l confuse between Setia Alam n alam impian. Sure only share wall using red brick.

Anyway, no big diff wat brick using.
Talk abt township. SPS is good. Talk abt quality.., hĂ izzzz. Especially, first few phases in Setia impian.

Hi guys, just checked back the photos in setia Alam forum. Confirm is sand brick except the wall share between with your neighbour.

Frankly spk no big diff between sand brick n red brick. Of coz, red brick is little bit better. U can compare the red brick house nite time will hot compare to sand brick n day time is in other way.

Who told u?. The guys must be kidding with u.
Basically all building need piling except some area no need due to land quality.
So, need piling or not is depend on the type of land instead of shop lot or house.
