I was in the WC yesterday and managed to talk to one of the SPS Sales Agents. I asked him about the price difference between Aquitilis with the other two types of DSL (Argentea and Angusta). The SA told me that SPS may consider to give different kind of finishes for Aquitilis to justify the higher price. I hope this will materialise. Anyone has any information on this? Thanks.

Hopefully SPS will give a better quality building materials/finishes for Aquitilis otherwise it seems unjust.

I was informed by the banker from Alliance, offering BLR -2.45, 3 yrs lock in period from first draw down for DSL.

No, I met him in SEH WC during the day we took our Q number. I did ask him something about the loan and chit chat for a while. Thus, I think it is fair to deal with him on my application to Alliance Bank since I have his name card. I did ask him why his name was not listed, his reply was that the name listed is the manager or higher position's staff.
