Mrta,,,, I had the exact experience when the credit officer in-charge tried to force me to take mrta,,,,, they will try many ways to trick us the buyers. We, the buyers, need to update our knowledge to be wiser than unethical credit officers. In my case, being able to tell him off and " you don't need me as your customer" was really satisfying, exercising my rights.

So guys, be careful with them, not all, but few of them are simply scumbags.

My advice,

1) don't let yourself being at their mercy,
2) Dont be too naive, or clueless ( especially first timer).

Still early. All trying for loan. And, buyers have 21 days allocation from developer to try for loan upon booking of units. Its now just the 9th day. There will be some but maybe they are nt active on forums. Also, the released units wil be opened for waiting list buyers.

At RM300psf for Semi D vould be on the high side for the location but considering the outlay is not just buying a house in SEH, its the township and living quality with style; the price is somewhat justifiable. Not being biased here..just my bview
