should we (DSL owners) request for the form (fence wall) at WC or it will be provided automatically during the SPA signing day?

BTW if I remember correctly, SPS did mention that the WC will be handed over to MPKJ in due course and MPKJ will provide certain facilities like badminton courts and etc on the land. If that being the case, the WC will be under the jurisdiction of MPKJ and therefore I believe it will be accessible by the public. With regards to the Town Parc and the uphill jogging track which forming part of the Town Parc, I am still unsure whether it will be managed by SPS or MPKJ. Can someone pls check with SPS and shed some lights here pls? |
