From SEH to Batu 9 Cheras toll following Lekas link should be around 25 minutes. After Batu 9 Cheras toll, jam jam jam, maybe 1.5 hours during the peak period.

I can reach Cyberjaya / Putrajaya in about 20-30mins from Ecohill and then just 9 mins plus for whole stretch of MEX, exiting in Times square. Total below 1 hour if no jam at MEX

Cheryee, i took SILK towards puchong/putrajaya cyberjaya.
Was told Lekas also can, but not sure it is same way connecting to SILK or different route.

You should ask someone stay in Cheras about the best route to KL during the peak hour. All I know you just need 25 minutes extra from SEH if compared to the Batu 9 Jiu Lai people.

From SEH through Lekas Link should be less than 5 mins, right?
Then from Lekas (Bangi - Semenyih) to Kajang Utama / Putrajaya route - 5 mins
Kajang Utama toll to Sg. Ramal - 3 mins
Sg. Ramal to Putrajaya - 10 mins
Putrajaya - MEX - KL - 10mins

The whole stretch should be at least 60km!!

This is the furthest. Today from my house in Kajang to KL is only 27KM, move in to SEH - 34KM.
I will continue to use the usual route that i use.
Lekas - Ecohill Link (RM1.10) - Batu 9 (GrandSaga: RM0.90) - Connaught - Mid Valley / Sg. Besi - Bangsar / Jalan Istana - KL

You can use this but, you need to use Sg. Besi and Loke Yew / Kg. Pandan so will roughly be same as mine, about 34KM one way.
I can cover this route in 45 mins. Off course got some rule bending (Speeding / Jump Queue). Still surviving after 5 years.

Loan approve from Maybank - Semi Flexi, Blr - 2.40 (cannot appeal, best rate already, WTH  ), 3 years lock in AFTER THE FULL DISBURSEMENT (WTH x 2), RM 0 processing fees, MRTA not compulsory but advisable.
