Yeah, inp maybe a little slow, not strategic enough. But if u r implying that inp house quality is the same as talam, i think ur brain is near ur butt. U would probably be a newbie in prop. Take it from somebody who is non-biased towards seh. I didnt get to buy one. Thats why i anti biased people. Why wanna be biased? Very funny. Fyi, quality of inp is imho matchable to gamuda and sime darby. Sps quality is not as good imho. Non-biased here coz i bought sps products as well elsewhere.

yes, sp setia, INP, sime darby, sunrise, all are lousy developer...better ask him/she dun buy anything from malaysia developer...

Well, technically, I must say that you are right again as I've just booked the units and still haven't apply for bank loans yet, so can't say that I own any unit in Ecohill.
And, even if my loans got approved, I still don't own anything in Ecohill until I settled my bank loans. Before my loan is settle, it is all belongs to the bank.
So, you are right in every angles, and will always be right.

I got invested alam Impian. Frankly spk, the quality much much better than SPS.
