I think is the sales staff help me to change it without my consent and never ask me which categories I want, from the 1st day I send my documents, until I received call from the branch to ask me collect the card only I know that my card is approved, any idea? Downgrade to wise gold card? Is big difference btw gold and infinite, and wise card from hong leong need to choose 2 categories, the staff never ask me about this also.
