I agree to this. I too had problem trying to contact HSBC cs. After pressing so many things and dumb me I kinda mistook the pin and the telebanking no. In the end I was lock-out after finally got In touch with a human being on the line and He told me i had to do auto reset which means I have to call again and key in my ATM number on my card la, ic num la etc etc...Such a waste of time the CS hotline.

Usually kita yang begged for things like annual fee. Now the table has turned. All and all so far for me the best CS is Amex line. So fast to get in touch with a human being and they are so helpful and friendly. I may not know other CS lines but will do give you guys an update or a rant if anything please/displeases me in the future.
