Needed help and guidance in regards to this confusing event: I was charged RM50 as a service tax for the year 2015. After reading a few of the posts here with link back to TheStar's news, I came to a conclusion that I don't have to pay them.

Called the bank and they said my registration date was dated before 1st of April hence I have to pay it. Is this true?
