The CXXB call centre called me .... Offering me RM200 cash rebate upon 3X swipe within 60 days.. I agreed.

After I received the card, I called the CXXB call centre to double confirm the rebate. She confirmed it & activate it. Almost immediately after I put off the phone , she call me back and told me no such promotion and advice me not to swipe the card.

I filed numerous complaint via CXXB official website and phone. And they told me they will handle the case promptly. 2 days back, I received CXXB card statement to pay RM50 GST.
I call CXXB call centre again, They said got listen the past conversation of RM200 the staff mentioned, but the staff haven't reply them yet ... rclxub.gif

It have been more than 3 weeks! What should I do ??

1) should I pay the govt tax by due date ?
2) should I complain to Bank Negara now, I m worry even I win, I still need to pay GST ....
3) I was cheated ! How to detect b4 it happen ?

you can try to bear with them, if you can't, BNM is the way to go.  i don't even want to talk to them on the phone since there is no black and white, i prefer to communicate through email so that i will have evidence to protect myself
