Hi all, i lost my hsbc visa signature card and next day i got sms informing 2 transactions that i didn't know. Immediately i called hsbc to stop card, but all together 4 transactions worth rm4200 had been went thru. After hsbc investigate for 3 wks, i was refund all rm4200 but rm250 was deducted as hsbc claimed that it was in their clause that rm250 is my maximum exposure hence that deduction. Anyone had thiS experience? Can i dispute the rm250?
