By default, your mum should be the administrator unless you apply to the court for another person.

Usually the wife would be the inheritant of the husband's assets and liabilities unless stated otherwise by the way of a will or any other method approved by the courts of Malaysia.

can be your mum, u or your siblings to take care of the estate/debts etc, can also appoint 2 people as administrator. don't appoint a lawyer/outsiders as an administrator as most likely will try to con you as they get certain percentage of it
