QUOTE(chiahau @ Nov 18 2015, 08:17 AM) ASB can be considered as income. But if it's not around 70k~100k, unlikely to approve. Just cough up 10~15k for VS. Requirement much lower already. I have about 150 in asb but no payslip to show .. boleh ka?

QUOTE(chiahau @ Nov 18 2015, 08:29 AM) Boleh. I applied other stuffs using ASB as proof of income before No questions asked. Approved after 7 working days. Not everyone working will have payslip. Even my current company don't give payslips already Just apply via a branch and see what they'll say. Wow.. glad to hear.. will go and try later and see if it can be done just by asb hehe.. btw thanks ya

QUOTE(chiahau @ Nov 18 2015, 08:39 AM) Can always offer to top up via FD as goodwill for them to proceed your paperworks faster. Guess that should not be an issue since you have 150 in your ASB already Cheers and good luck. Haha was thinking of that too but it's just like going in from left pocket to right pocket lol since the money is already there. I'll see what they have to say about it first Cheers.

QUOTE(victorywp @ Nov 24 2015, 07:52 AM) no, you need to sign an agreement whereby you have to terminate your cc first before you can withdraw your fd which is attched to it. Oic.. then no point doing so I guess.. thanks for the info

QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 24 2015, 09:59 AM) No. Most of the time, the banks will advise you the amount to pledge and this amount will be your credit limit. Of course, like victorywp mentioned there's an agreement. If like this, everyone just pledges and after approve will take out money. Haha didn't know ma..thought there's a loophole that we can take advantage of. I guess I'll have to do it the legit way then
