you'll need to enable Game mode on your UHDTV if it's available, then the response time will improve a lot

the input lag is due to the post processing of the source data plus upscaling to UHD
by enable game mode, it actually skipped some of the image processing thats usually intended for movies

if your UHDTV doesn't have game mode, then you're pretty screwed for games that required fast response

try sending in to your nearest Sony Authorized Service Center 1st, and wait for a week or two if you're lucky
save you the hassle to go direct to KLCC

you'll need to either buy the season pass from R2 store, or get a R3 game disc

too many fraudsters using stolen CC on PSN, and lots of reverse charges, hence most of the bank are very cautious against PSN charges

the RM1 charges are for CC validation, just to confirm the card is legit, not some fake CC, it will be refunded to you after a few days

also which country you registered for your PS account? if it's overseas account other than MY, you can't use your MY CC for purchases.
But if it's local MY acc, try using paypal on PS Store, link your CC to paypal, it usually works for most of us

my advice? avoid buying those games or risk your console getting banned

most of them are shared account games, some are bought with stolen CCs, or credit scam from amazon, or even stolen accounts

there's no VPN apps available on PS4, the only way is to establish VPN connection via your router

make sure the HDMI switch supports at least HDMI 1.3, can check your HDMI cables length & version also, my previous old phat PS4 refused to connect if the cable length is too long
IINM, most of the cheap unpowered HDMI switch won't support any 4k devices
