If I am planning to buy a PS4. Not the pro version. And I have like 1k budget to get a monitor or tv. Which would u guys recommend?

If I get a monitor, I’ll need one with full hd, 60 fps and built in speaker right? If tv, I’ll need one that has hdmi port. Anything else to take not of?

Sorry for the noob question. Been out of gaming world since ps2.
