Yeah, its pretty standard deal not sure about the monitor though..maybe search for used monitor?
If you want to reduce the spending..
Plus if you want to play online/multiplayer, add the psn plus to your budget

Yup bro. But it will give you min 3 free games every month. So, its actually quite a good deal.
