Anyone have experience unsatisfied outcome from Sony Service Centre ? I have encountered a problem recently. On 28/11/15, sent in my ps4 for problem on keep getting booted into safe mode. Then Sony change the lower assembly and I collected it on 7/12/2015. Brought home and try, this time is even worse problem, auto shut off after boot menu. I sent in again on 8/12/2015 and just got it back ytd 17/12/15. Same shit still happen. I wonder these technician in Sony is really capable or not. Anyway I just want to ask has anyone face the same situation as me ? Is it possible to ask for replacement rather than keep going there yet problem not solved ?
