If really can get psp basic pack + 2GB memory stick =rm 699 and firmware update to 3.03OE included I would be interested. Anyone doing bulk please do it quickly. I hv been looking for mp3 or mp4 player and found out in the market for branded mp4 player easily cost RM 4xx and above. Might as well get a psp.

I'm more interested in emulator such as CPS1/CPS2 and Neogeo games.

Anyone know any forumer in penang selling psp?

I just confirm my order with Bernard. It's true he offer the above package which is the cheapest in the market. PM him at Bernard Moh.

He will ship out the unit tomorrow and should get it on Monday.

Just got my unit yesterday psp value pack preloaded 3.10OEA + 2 Gb mpsd with some preinstalled mp3, video, ps1 emulator, some iso + screen protector + 2 DVD full of ahem iso from Bernard Moh. Good service and as I'm noob to PSP, the pre-configure is a life saver as I don't hv to crack my head to upgrade the custom firmware, read through tons of readme to install EBoot etc... to run iso and ps1 emulator.

Depends on what you want. If you DIY most of the thing than go for the cheapest package. If you need some pro help, then Bernard offer is good as he pre-installed most of the stuff. If it brick, it's his problem, not mine. So think twice before going for cheapest package. I understand you need GTA:VC unpatched version to downgrade so if you don't have the disc, better get the version with modded firmware 3.10OEA. So far I don't encounter any issue. Don't have to spend time reading how to upgrade/downgrade firmware and taking risk to brick the PSP. Just charge, turn on and play...

I feel that PSP is a good buy now as for a machine this powerful for current price, it's a better choice compare to those MP4 player out in the market which might cost as much as the PSP. The only advantage for normal MP4 player is size and weight but then for movie I prefer bigger screen.

P/S: Get a good headphone. I does enhance your gaming experience. I have a Grado S80 and Sony MDR-EX71. Grado might be too bulky to bring around but offer better bass compare to Sony.

I use it as universal remote control. Try get the iR Shell from intenet. The range is much better than my PocketPC. Distance from my panasonic plasma around 10 feet still no problem. My pocket PC max 3 feet only.

Now learning how to rip my dvd movie into PMP movie format. Very troublesome.

yeah... make sure the file system is not FAT32...
i tried formatting my 2GB card as FAT32 once, and it lags a lot...
also, some games run better uncompressed...  brows.gif

I thought you suppose to format your MSPD in your PSP, not using the computer. By default, it should format as FAT, not FAT32

I think those pouch and handstrap is not worth the money. I get a Capdase Metal Alumor casing with handstrap. Although do add some weight to the unit but it is very solid and looks to be able to take the abuse.
