Well, from my survey it'll cost u from
RM550 to RM700 (basic pack) RM700 to RM1K (for additional stuffs like 4GB MSPD, UMD, etc.) for me, around RM800 to RM850 with 4GB MSPD is okay. |

QUOTE(pandafurry @ Aug 8 2007, 09:43 PM) I went surveyed around a few times before and prices do vary from one to another. Guess it depends on where you want to get your PSP though. Make sure you are not getting fake batteries and charger and it will be fine. I got mine from BernardMoh (who is in this forum) and he is such a nice guy. My future console purchase will definitely be from him. I guess you can check it out.. |

guys, need some advice.
i m going off (outside msia) somewhere in sept, do u think the psp lite is worth waiting or do u think i shld jz get a psp now? if i don get the psp now...i'll b there (a land far far away) w/o any entertainment for 3-4 months. =_= some ppl said the psp lite has a longer batt life...some said not. and now, nobody knows when will the psp lite come to msia...and the pricing (i have a feeling the price will b higher than the current 1...so maybe can go n haggle, get a cheap cheap psp now before it became obsolete). |

Just get the normal PSP with tons of batteries. Just in case
Seriously, it's worth it to get a PSP now since it's the IN thing now. |

Hmm, if you want to buy it in Malaysia, Bernard's gameshop would have the best deal. If u want the japan 3.5 (i assume it's original firmware), its your choice. And i'm not sure if original 3.5 can be updated to custom firmware. Do you want to run homebrewed applications?

QUOTE(Cyphereza @ Aug 9 2007, 11:22 PM) Just get the normal PSP with tons of batteries. Wanna ask something: 1) Can the PSP be made to play RMVB files? Homebrewed apps, maybe? 2) Is there ANY way to hook up PSP to the TV? Thanks. |

Thanks for the info akachester, appreciate that. I've Googled around and those add-ons don't reproduce PSP graphics well on the big screen. I guess PSP slim sounds a better choice then
