2,71 se-c/b is NOT upgraded thru 2.71. its upgraded thru 1.5 if im not mistaken.
for me, i'd rather pick 1.5 rather than 2.71sec.
the only difference between psps rite now is the version of its motherboard.
if there's a code at the right side.(refer to pic below)
then, u've got a ta-082 motherboard. which u try and avoid for now.

I've heard that Japan's PSP hav nicer LCD than others.

all firmware are stable. unless ur emulating a firmware. me and mr.judge
bought ours from bro djinn. downgraded 1.5 and ori 1.5 is the same.
