Last time i played pokemon (ruby/sapphire), only play it casually and think about beating the game. Now i'm reading the discussion here, everything is very technical! this old guy need to learn so many things now.

Not sure if my party is good enough, but i have lv 30 Charmeleon, Combusken, and Grenadier. Others are lv 23-26 Pikachu, Riolu and Snorlax. My major concern now is to choose the best moveset. I miss the olden days when everything is so simple. hehe

Wow, exactly same team as me except replace Snorlax with Bibarel (understand that it is a good HM slave) -> Now thinking of what to replace the last slot with since already evolved to Bibarel

Riolu evolves only when levelling up during the day when it has high happiness.
Keep Riolu in team always and make sure it does not get hurt to red/yellow health. I kept it in 5th position and rarely use it unless needed foresight. It leveled to 20 during daytime and evolved. I am sure the pro trainers here can advise you if you want to do it faster with berries or training...

Quick question, the Lucario from Korrina is fixed stats? Level 32, Hasty and Alert to sounds?

EDIT: Found the answer, stats are fixed (same for every player) irregardless of any soft resets.
