I thought Ditto with 3 iv is fine. Get the other Pokemon with 3 iv, breed one with 6 iv.

breeding wif 3iv ditto is not too good the chances is verylow..i still havent got 4iv eevee when breed 3iv eevee and 3iv ditto till' now
