I'm using Golduck. He can learn strength, surf, waterfall and rock smash as well.
I'm letting Hawlucha takes care of the flying and cutting.

My HM slave that I took when hatching eggs is Furret (Strengh, Cut, Surf, Rock Smash) and Talonflame (Fly). Talonflame is essential in hatching eggs for its Flame Body ability.

has been grinding level and forgotten my badge..got few time my torchic due to over lvl and dont want to listen to my command

Yesterday I traded a common Pokemon(which I don't remember) for a 2nd Lapras.
At the same day deposit my Lapras and request for Bulbasaur and finally got mine today
Since Squirtle a bit hard to trade for me in GTS, decided to trade Bulbasaur for it.
Now trying to get back another Bulbasur in GTS, hopefully i'll be able to get all of the first gen starters.

Any idea on how to change the Japanese name of traded Pokemon to English again?
Have yet to found any place to rename and currently on my way to 7th badge.

Last time i played pokemon (ruby/sapphire), only play it casually and think about beating the game. Now i'm reading the discussion here, everything is very technical! this old guy need to learn so many things now.

Not sure if my party is good enough, but i have lv 30 Charmeleon, Combusken, and Grenadier. Others are lv 23-26 Pikachu, Riolu and Snorlax. My major concern now is to choose the best moveset. I miss the olden days when everything is so simple. hehe

Friendly tip: Starters, Trading-Evolved Pokemon (Machamp, Alakazam, Gengar), Eevee, Ditto sangat laku di GTS.
