Sorry guys this is a bit off topic.

Recently went to few outlets in Klang Valley and found that my smartphone unable to trace any wifi signal. The only one with wifi connectable is at Mid Valley but require pass code to login.
I'm wondering whether SB started to cut cost or conducting wifi upgrading exercise? Anyone knows?
