Just spoke to customer service as I noted that 2 food items purchased were not updated in the tracker but the beverage tracker was updated. Was informed that because of new food items, there is indeed some issues with food item tracker not doing so automatically. They manually updated the food item tracker for me. So do keep track of your food item purchases.

I also asked them regarding current promos including for reloading the card so I can reply (at least partly) to the following

This month there is no reload promo and was informed about the 50% frappuccino on Fridays promo instead. I'm not sure if there will be any promo for reload next month as I didn't ask.

And not to mention that we also do "free" marketing for Starbucks by carrying their logo stamped merchandise around

Yup and its seems pretty direct to me lor considering all these brands are in your face all the time. One reason I think that Starbucks has such a huge following is also because many celebs are snapped holding a Starbucks coffee. This ain't stopping me from drinking there though I like the drinks there except for the strawberry cheesecake range which tasted crappy to me.
