Do you guys have a problem with the tracker not being updated?

Based on my last 15 transactions, I've bought 11 beverages using my Starbucks card, but on the tracker only shows 3


Does the purchase from the year before not counted?

I never redeem any complimentary grande handcrafted beverage at all. Only redeem 2 beverage as I bought 2 tumbler on 2 separate occasion last year

Have been buying NEW drinks at those times ?
New drinks are updated very slow or never at all. You had to call up the CS to "complain"

how long do startbucks CS normally takes to reply email... write in on Saturday but until today also no news... seems like have to make call only they layan...
