Got my 1st FOC beverage from Starbucks card.

Also noticed that they have changed their CC terminal from AmBank to AMEX.

i have a smaller size card but recently i want to get a new one,becoz the size is too hard to manage and keep..
wanted to get new one but dont wish to change the email/missed the free drinks upon register
is there any way i can use back the old email but still getting the drinks?

May I ask this year X'mas Starbucks card already out in market?

The Starbucks outlet at Cyberjaya (behind Maybank) has gone down in quality. Too many customers and you see the waitresses (or baristas) just yelling and snapping what orders you want. I saw one waitress glaring at customers including me when we were looking at the food counter on deciding our order. I was looking and deciding because not much food choices left and they didn't have what I usually buy. Don't get me started on the drinks. Very badly done. Frappacino with lots of ice left and not well mixed. Everything done in a hurry but not up to standard.

Last week, I went to the starbucks at shaftsbury square. First time, in a while, I really enjoyed the Christmas Frappacino drink. Nicely mixed and well blended. Going to try again to see if their quality is consistent.

how do i claim my free drinks? do i tell the barista that i have a free drink before i order, or when i'm paying?

YES!!!     Finally my free birthday cake has been updated in the system!! And yes... my method works!    
But please take note, sometimes it takes quite some time for the Starbucks IT dept to update the system, so if you use it near end of the month, by the time they update the system it could be already in the next calendar month.

Do you ppl still can buy SBcard at RM20? Barista here insist minimum of RM30 now..

I didnt call the CS. Not sure how many days it took but from the last check, I think it takes at around 2 weeks for them to update. The free cake is not singled out as the drink that I bought was also not updated until after 2 weeks later. Thus, as soon as the CS update the purchased drink, the free slice of cake is updated as well.

Shouldn't it be 3 slices of cakes if register with 3 diff email with 3 diff b-day, maybe???

Wanted to top up today but was informed that Starbuck did not accept AMEX anymore, asked them to try on the spot but still cannot...no more weekend 5%?
