You have time in the morning to do stuff, no need to apply for leave. When you want to leave the company, going for interviews is so convenient with mornings off.

if you really like the job, i dont think its an issue.
but please bear in mind that you will have to work when your friends and family is relaxing. they invite you for dinner but u need to work. u are free in the morning but they are working. think about it.. |

I have a friend who has been working like that for 10 years. She likes it so she is able to do it. However probably one of the reason that she works at these hours, she is still single now although she is considered as pretty. Coz when you work you can't simply use your phone hence less interraction with your love ones.... and only once a week you can actually accompany your love one and have to choose between family and friends or partner.

Bro, let's see what we can do about it. Introduce me to her and we see how we can change her single status. |

been there done that. it's good for freshies but few years down the road, one tend to lead a normal life working hour ie. 8am-5pm Mon-Fri job. I'm sure 1pm-10pm kinda shift job requires u to work on weekends with your offdays being allocated during weekdays.
i recently secured a 8am-5pm mon-fri job aftr more than a decade on shift jobs environment. now i'm enjoying every single second of it. |

Done that before and I find it depressing to work at night especially when the office is almost empty except you and a few people.
